6. Data Retention
- We retain your data only as long as your account is active or as required to provide services
- Learning data may be kept up to 2 years for educational analytics unless you request deletion
- You can delete your account anytime; this will permanently erase personal and learning data from our systems within 30 days
7. Children's Privacy (Under 18 Users)
- Anva is designed for students aged 13 years and above
- For users under 18, a parent or guardian must provide consent before registration
- We never show ads, collect payment data directly from minors, or use their data for profiling
- Parents can request access, correction, or deletion of their child's data at any time via our support channels
